A life has turned cold and has nothing left to give
What do you do when you lose the will to survive?
What happens when the darkness takes over your insides?
What happens when all your fighting is done?

Do you bask in the in the depths of sorrow and despair?
Do you retreat and admit to defeat
Or do you take that risk to open up and share
For it only takes one individual to make your heart regain its beat
To ignite that passion that once burned so deep
Awaken that fire you once desired
For when you find that person, that which seemed unbearable
Now does not appear to be so terrible
